Insertion of Schedules 1 and 2 to Act 85 of 1993
The principle Act is hereby amended by the insertion of the following schedules:
Schedule 1 – This schedule sets out the maximum fine that may be imposed in terms of this Act for the contravention of certain provisions of this Act.
